Asim Azhar teams up with American band for song
Sensational Coke Studio frontman Asim Azhar will collaborate with American electronic dance music group Krewella for a new song.
Formed in 2007, the Northbrook, Illinois group is made up of sisters Jahan Yousaf and Yasmine Yousaf. The 23-year-old Pakistani singer will produce a song called Paradise with them.
The group took to social media to share the exciting news of the release of their second album Zero, with their fans.
“We tapped into deeper emotional and cultural layers and grew closer in the process,” Krewella wrote on Twitter.

The album is slated for release on January 31, with a list of 11 songs including one that is a collaboration between Asim and the Yousaf sisters.
This is one of the first collaborations between a Pakistani artist and a mainstream American group.
